Engineering the systems ambitious companies run on.
DivSphere designs, builds, and operates software, cloud, and data infrastructure for teams who need a technology partner that ships — not just advises. From a single product to enterprise-wide transformation.
Seven capabilities, one delivery team.
Every engagement draws on the same bench of engineers, architects, and consultants — so a cloud migration and the analytics layer on top of it come from one accountable team.
Build
Custom software, web platforms, and mobile apps engineered for scale, plus productized software you can license or resell.
Run
Cloud architecture, SaaS platforms, and system integration — plus outsourced delivery teams to operate them long-term.
Learn
Data pipelines, analytics, and applied machine learning that turn operational data into decisions.
Transform
ERP and CRM implementation, technology strategy, and digital transformation roadmaps for established organizations.
Shape
Product and interface design grounded in research — from early UX flows to full design systems.
Protect
Independent testing and cybersecurity services that catch what internal teams don't have time to.

Recent engagements.
Rebuilding a payments core on a modern cloud stack
Migrated a legacy on-premise ledger to a fault-tolerant cloud architecture across three regions without a service interruption.
Unifying fleet operations under one ERP
Replaced six regional spreadsheet workflows with a single ERP deployment spanning four countries.
Triage prediction for a regional clinic network
Built and clinically validated a triage-priority model, integrated directly into existing patient-intake software.
What clients say.
DivSphere rebuilt our payments infrastructure without a single hour of downtime on a system our whole business runs through. That's the part most vendors can't actually deliver.
We'd tried two other implementation partners on our ERP rollout before DivSphere. The difference was they scoped the change management, not just the software. The Techno-Functional team did a tremendous job in pointing the pian-points and the implementation was remarkable.
Their security team found things our previous audits missed entirely, and fixed them before our regulator ever saw a report.
Sprint one shipped a working build. That alone put them ahead of every other proposal we received.
Domain depth, not just delivery.
Before you reach out.
How is a project priced — fixed price or time and materials?
Both, depending on how well-defined the work is. A clearly scoped deliverable (a rebuild, a defined integration, a security audit) is usually fixed price, agreed after a short discovery phase. Ongoing product development or an embedded team works better as time and materials with a monthly cap. We'll recommend one during the first call and explain the trade-offs — we don't lock you into a model that doesn't fit.
How long does a typical engagement take?
A focused project (an audit, an MVP, a single integration) usually runs 6–10 weeks. Larger builds — ERP rollouts, platform rebuilds, multi-phase migrations — typically run 4–9 months, delivered in two-week cycles so you have a working build in hand from sprint one rather than waiting until the end.
We already have an in-house engineering team — can you still help?
Yes, this is a large part of what we do. We slot in as an extension of an existing team for a specific gap — a cloud migration, a security review, extra capacity during a crunch — reporting into your process rather than replacing it. See IT Outsourcing under Services.
Do you work with early-stage companies, or only larger organizations?
Both. Startups typically come to us for a first product build or to harden something built quickly pre-funding; larger organizations more often bring ERP, data, or security work. Pricing and process adjust to the size of the engagement either way.
Who owns the code and IP once the project ships?
You do. Every engagement is covered by an NDA before any details are shared, and the contract assigns IP in the deliverables to you on final payment — there's no vendor lock-in to us specifically.
Where is DivSphere based, and do you work with clients outside Pakistan?
We're headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan, and deliver for clients across South Asia, the Gulf, and beyond — remotely, with overlap hours agreed up front for standups and reviews. Enquiries get a response within one business day.
Have a system that needs building — or fixing?
Tell us where it's breaking down. We'll respond within one business day with next steps.
